Speaker: Dr. Kadir Jun Ayhan, CEO of Diplomacy Analytics, previously Assistant Professor at Ewha Womans University Graduate School of International Studies

In this session, Dr. Kadir Jun Ayhan will provide an overview of process evaluation and outcome evaluation, specifically in the context of intergroup communication. He will discuss theory of change framework, and designing experimental studies for outcome evaluation.

Speaker Bio: Dr. Kadir Jun Ayhan is a mixed-methods researcher and policy analyst specializing in diplomacy, public diplomacy, international exchanges, and Korean foreign policy. He is currently the CEO of Diplomacy Analytics LLC, a boutique research firm based in Maryland. Before relocating to the United States, he was an Associate Professor of International Relations at Ewha Womans University. Dr. Ayhan holds a Ph.D. in International Studies, with a focus on public diplomacy and East Asian Studies, from Seoul National University.
